Kara graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH with a BS in Nursing. She worked for many years at the Elliot Hospital in the critical care setting, before attending Rivier University, earning an MS in Nursing.

After obtaining her licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she served patients as a primary care provider for many years. Looking to gain new skills and further her education, Kara ventured into the world of medical esthetics and never looked back. She purchased Meredith Bay Laser and Skin Care Center in 2018 and Laser Ink in 2025.

Kara's passion for patient-focused, result-driven care is abundantly evident in her work. She listens to her patients' concerns, needs, and goals. She prioritizes patient comfort and positive outcomes. While the world of medical esthetics can be overwhelming at times, Kara strives to be a resource to help guide her patients through the process. She warmly invites everyone into the office, ensuring that all individuals regardless of age, gender, or financial standing are warmly welcomed when they walk through the door.

Lawrence began his nursing career working in critical care, where he developed a strong foundation in patient assessment and complex care management. His dedication to providing thorough, compassionate care led him to pursue an MS in Nursing at Rivier University, obtaining licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Before joining Meredith Bay Laser, Lawrence practiced in both acute and primary care settings, where he valued building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them achieve optimal health. Drawn to the precision and artistry of medical esthetics, he has since expanded his expertise to include advanced laser treatments, injectables, and skin rejuvenation therapies.

Lawrence is known for his calm, attentive manner and meticulous attention to detail. He believes that every patient deserves individualized care, clear communication, and results that look natural and refined. His goal is to help each person feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
