Kara Doberstein, Family Nurse Practitioner

Kara graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH with a BS in Nursing. She enjoyed working in the ICU at Elliot Hospital for several years. She then attended Rivier University, earning an MS in Nursing. After obtaining her licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she served hundreds of patients as a primary care provider for many years. Looking to gain new skills and further her education, Kara ventured into the world of medical esthetics and never looked back. She purchased Meredith Bay Laser and Skin Care Center in 2018. Her passion for patient focused, result driven care is abundantly evident in her work.

Sara Stafford, Registered Nurse

Sara was raised in Arizona and earned her BS in biology from Northern Arizona University. She earned her BS in Nursing from Duke University in Durham, NC, and went to work full time. She has over 10 years of experience in many different settings, including Level I trauma centers, elementary schools, and primary care offices. She relocated to the Lakes Region in 2011, and lives on a small farm with her husband, two young boys, several goats and even more chickens. Sara is dedicated to an impeccable customer service experience and works hard to continue her training through seminars, workshops, and mentorships with other providers in the field of esthetics.

Donna Woodsom, Licensed Esthetician

Donna earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. She holds the top industry licenses in the state of New Hampshire as an Esthetics & Cosmetology Instructor and has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. She has owned and operated her own esthetic & waxing studio and joined Meredith Bay Laser and Skincare Center in 2012. She has years of experience educating students in the field of esthetics & cosmetology and served as the Director of Education at a beauty school on the Seacoast. Donna offers microdermabrasion, ultrasonic facials, oxygen facials, abrasion free liquid hydro-facials, IPL, body sculpting and has completed technical training in dermaplaning exfoliation. She uses ZO Skin Health and GylmedPlus and Oxygen Ceuticals skin care products in her facial treatments and services.
